Spirals of Sustainable Academic Motivation, Creativity, and Trust of Higher Education Staff

Sustainability has to penetrate more and into higher education. It should not focus only on traditional elements. also enter new, but for future improvement, extremely important areas. Based this premise, creativity motivation, when additionally interconnected supported by trust that is provided achieved, decide the progress sustainability of universities. This connection gaining importance especially from point view building solid foundations mechanisms functionally preserve potential effects these elements in future. For reason following nature, importance, content sustainable academic motivation (SAM), paper introduces two new concepts: (SAC) (SAT). further original contributions, hypothesizes existence mutual—spiral—relations (SAC), The empirical section tests validity claim universities countries: Slovak Republic Poland. A survey performed a sample n=181 pedagogical, scientific, management, administrative staff education confirms spirals. results indicate spiral effect connected with show it accented crucial principles (responsibility, novelty, usefulness, progress, etc.). Therefore, paper’s conclusion contains explanations occurrence three types sustainably mutual systems complexes. These are: (a) individual SAM, SAC, SAT; (b) group/sectional (c) global complex SAT university.
